We also run Pilates classes and Tai Chi classes for beginners. These run over a six-week period with a maximum of 4 in a class.

A sports massage therapist is available by prior arrangement.

Enquire at reception for availability of classes and sports massage.

Physiotherapy is a two-way process and you should feel free to ask whatever questions you may have at any stage during your treatment.

By helping you understand your condition we can guide you to help yourself back to health.
